Shipping

We are familiar with international export shipping. In the U.S. we use UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS. Large shrink tunnels, heat tunnels, L-Sealers, Heated Conveyor Shrink Wrap Systems and equipment & shrink wrap film orders may be shipped by truck.

30-Day Return Policy

ATW Manufacturing offers a no hassle 30-Day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with any machinery purchase. For returns, please call for an RMA number, otherwise, returned equipment will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned equipment and any reconditioning costs, outside of normal usage, that is deemed necessary by ATW. Regular standard equipment is subject to a 15% restocking fee. For customized equipment built to the customer's specificaions, and returned in good condition, is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
